The Porsche GT3 RS 997 proves it’s fast!

At FDM Sjællandsringen I got a super co-driver ride in a delicious orange Porsche GT3 RS 997.

The Porsche has a 3.6L engine with 415 horsepower. 0-100 is covered in 4.2 seconds and it only stops accelerating when it hits the 310 km/h speed limit.

I get in the car and we drive slowly towards the track. We’ll talk a bit about what I’ve tried in the past. I mention, among others, a Bugatti Veyron.

I also challenge the driver a bit by saying “you just drive as fast as you dare”. To which the driver replies: “as I dare”! Then the accelerator is hammered down and I am pushed back into the seat.
Ha ha ha… You have to be careful who you challenge. 🙂

On the track, we overtake a Porsche 997 Carrera 4 Cabriolet, among others.
