Audi S1 Quattro teases the new supercars

Who would have thought that the classic rally car Audi S1 Quattro could challenge modern supercars from, say, McLaren, Porsche and Ferrari?

Swedish ACE Competition had brought along a wonder of a vehicle. It was the first time we experienced the car "live". Its raw acceleration and ability to handle corners, combined with its unique turbo sound, means this Audi takes first place among our "all time favorite" Audi cars.

This Audi has many fans worldwide, and when the German Rally magazine chose to share a clip from our Audi S1 Quattro video on their Facebook page, it was viewed more than 137,000 times!! That puts things a bit into perspective!

Race for Riget deserves a big thank you for luring the team behind ACE Competition to Denmark. We hope we get to see them again one day. Maybe at Sportscar Event?

Unfortunately we did not get to ride along as a co-driver in the car, but we hope that will happen one day in the near future.
