Race for the Kingdom 2014 – Co-driver rides in supercars!
The first weekend in August, the Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix will be held at Bellahøj Park.
There will be an urban track of about 2.6 km, with many activities on the inner circle, including various sales stalls and exhibitions, as well as an equestrian center for the participating teams.
This allows you to get up close to the action. It is also possible to follow the track all the way around.
At noon, Race for Riget is holding a fundraising race in support of Rigshospitalet’s Children and Youth Department with exciting supercars. It lasts about 1 hour.
This year it is possible to buy a ride in the Koenigsegg One:1. However, there are only a limited number of tours.
Another trip could be with Rallycross driver Petter Solberg in his 450-horsepower Citroën Xsara WRC, or how about the Aston Martin Zagato with v12 engine?
Not to mention the fantastic-sounding Aston Martin DBR9 GT1 Le Mans!
You can go on and on. A ride in Ferrari 458 GT3, Lamborghini Aventador, Porsche GT2 RS, Jaguar F type coupe, Wiesmann MF5, Audi, Lotus, BMW, Mclaren, etc.
However, it should be noted that the cars are divided into price groups and in most price groups you cannot choose a car yourself, but are assigned one.
The whole event can be seen as a beautifully curated menu of track racers of yesteryear through to today’s modern super sports cars.
